Currently, we serve all states within the United States as guided by state regulation and pending litigation.

Shipping Times

We aim for same-day shipping if your order arrives before noon Pacific time, and most orders will have shipped by the next business day as long as we have the product in stock. Orders are not shipped on weekends, unless otherwise noted. Any shipping or transit time estimates offered here or by our shipping partners are meant to be estimates. We cannot ensure an exact delivery time.

Please note: Orders are only processed during weekdays. Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day. Orders placed by noon Pacific time should go out that day.

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels. Upon item shipment, you will receive notifications with shipment tracking information for each of those parcels.

To ensure proper delivery we may require signature for some packages.

Priority Shipping

For an additional charge, we offer priority shipping for faster potential service. We offer same-day shipping if your order arrives before noon Pacific time. Priority mail typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive.

Lost Parcels

If a shipment is lost after we ship it, we will not be held responsible if the order status has been marked as "delivered" by the parcel handler. Otherwise, if the package goes awry, we will happily send along a replacement once we receive the original package back. Please be sure the address you provide is correct and to avoid delays and/or lost packages.

Defective & Damaged Products

Once the package is delivered, we allow three (3) days for you to notify us if the product or shipment packaging was damaged before you received it. After three (3) days pass, we presume that the goods were received in good condition.

Returns

To qualify for our return terms you must place your return request within 14 days of the receipt of your parcel, or within the term established by the mandatory regulations. The return must be delivered within 14 days from when you receive your return authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling costs.
