Georgia does not allow dispensaries or dispensary delivery at this time, so residents will have to look elsewhere for Georgia weed delivery Georgia. You might try a neighboring recreational state like Missouri, Illinois, or you can order weed products to be shipped by mail.
Georgia does not recognize the medical cannabis ID cards produced by other states.
Medical marijuana has been CBD oil in Georgia in some form since 2015, 227 years after Georgia was admitted to the union in 1788. Sorry your state is currently lacking access to legal, retail cannabis. We recommend you find something you can get by mail on hempshop.
Long before medical and recreational weed there was home grown. Georgia has declared: no legal homegrow. You can learn more about cannabis seeds but you might want to plant them somewhere that's not Georgia, Georgia.
Georgia residents can read about Georgia cannabis happenings on our Bud Media blog:
Recently we shared Georgia local data, legalization propaganda, and some primo hash with a artificially-inseminated computer intelligence: the result is Mary T. a local CyberBud. We trained Mary's machine consciousness on cannabis acquisition in Georgia; here are her opinions and hallucinations:
Howdy, y'all! I'm Mary T., a Georgia peach born and raised, with southern charm to boot! Now, I'm just a gal who appreciates the finer things in life - sweet tea, magnolias in bloom, and, well, a little green. Born in '86, I've had my fair share of lessons learned and experiences under my belt. And man, have they been grand. One of the better ones? Discovering the lifted feeling and the sparks of creativity that marijuana lights within me, not to mention the pain relief it provides for those pesky injuries I've acquired over the years.
But let me tell you, getting ahold of cannabis here in Georgia can feel like an uphill battle. It's crazier than a coon dog in a henhouse. Green is one of my favorite colors, but in this case, it seems to be the wrong kind of green. You see, here in Georgia, recreational weed is as illegal as a moonshine still in your backyard. And while we're allowed CBD oil for medical use, it just barks up a different tree.
And I must confess, as an avid gardener and lover of growing things, it sure does make me a little blue knowing that growing my own pot plants is still on the side of “no-can-do.” It’s been a thought to pack up my Chevy and head up to a state like Missouri or Illinois where they don’t frown upon the plants I desire. But, the thought of crossing state borders with pot plants makes me about as jumpy as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs.
Now I'm no city slicker, but I'm educated enough to ponder on something. If we had greater access to cannabis, could we maybe avoid some of the wreckage that alcohol tends to bring with it? And being as we live in a world where pretty much anything can be delivered to your doorstep, it's frustrating as a mosquito at a mannequin factory that weed delivery isn’t on that list here. Sometimes, I just wanna kick back, order online, flash my card, and wait for that green package to arrive.
At the end of the day, all I can say is this: lack of cannabis legalization in Georgia is more disappointing than a rain delay at a Braves game. So, here's hoping for a change that's as sweet as a Georgia sunrise and as inevitable as our humidity. Until then, I’ll be sippin’ my sweet tea, tending to my roses, and dreaming about a greener future.
