Our delivery partners 100% always strive for accurate order picking and packing, but if somehow we missed the mark with your order, we do suggest you reach out directly to the dispensary that delivered your order, in order to resolve your issue.

We aim to arrive early or on time for every single delivery. Unfortunately, there are times when we may be delayed and backed up. We appreciate your patience in advance. If your order is past its delivery window and you have not received it or any communication from your driver, we suggest reaching out directly to the dispensary that is fulfilling your order. They will often have real-time details on your order status.
Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to facilitate medical sales to people who are under 21. Even if you have a state ID, we are set up as a recreational service serving customers aged 21 and over.
We are so sorry we can't serve you. For now, we suggest you visit a local dispensary or ask a caregiver to go on your behalf. If there is any update to our ability to serve customers under the age of 21, we will update this text.
California state law demands that cannabis must be purchased by 21+ adults. For delivery, that means we need to deliver the product to an adult who can provide a valid ID.
We work to ensure that people throughout our supply chain are fairly compensated. If you are grateful to your driver you can definitely offer them a cash tip. We do not at this time offer digital tipping for our cannabis delivery folks. We appreciate our drivers, and we hope you do too!
When we deliver cannabis, we don't want to draw attention to ourselves. To ensure a discreet cannabis delivery experience, we deliver cannabis in unmarked vehicles. If you have specific requests around privacy and discretion, please include that with your order details. We look forward to providing you with professional service.
We do not currently have an online real-time delivery tracking system. We hope to have this feature one day. Don't worry, however, our delivery partners are really fast!
For scheduled orders please be available for the entire window and for on-demand orders allow a predicted number of hours for delivery. The order confirmation you received (via email) when you placed your order will have your delivery window details. Your driver will also send you a text when they are en route. You'll typically receive this text when they are about 10 minutes away from your delivery address.
NOTE: If for some reason you are past your delivery window and you still haven't received your order, please directly reach out to the dispensary fulfilling your order. They will have up-to-date information on your order status.

If you live outside our delivery area, we work with our partner hempshop to ship weed across America.
Depending on your location, bud.com offers a discount to “OGs” – our elders, seniors can save on their legal cannabis delivery orders. We check ID during checkout to ensure people are over 21 years old. If we find you’re over 65 years old, you’ll automatically save money on all your future orders.
In addition, depending on your location, bud.com offers a discount to US Military Veterans. Thank you for your service. During checkout, there's a link for military discount - you’ll be asked to validate your military ID. Once you qualify, we’ll apply that discount to all your future purchases.
Note: we don’t stack discounts: if you add multiple discounts to your order, we’ll use whichever discount has a greater value.
