Terms & Conditions
As a “referral champion”, you can earn credit if:
You have completed at least one purchase on bud.com
Your referred friend completes their purchase using your specific referral link
As a “referred friend”, credit can be earned if:
- You are not a bud.com customer prior to being referred
- You have not made any purchases previously on bud.com
NOTE: If your friend does not use your personal referral link (via email, text, or social share) to complete their first purchase, there is a chance you may not receive credit for this invite. We apologize in advance. The only way we’re able to track and validate an invite is only if your personal share link is digitally associated with the first-time customer’s purchase.
Referral rewards come in the form of bud.com Credits’. The bud.com Credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed for bud.com products from our website, and may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions at our sole discretion. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent, including but not limited to gift cards or refunds. Credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Please allow up to 2 business days for the $10 credit to be applied to your account after your referred friend places a qualifying order and successfully makes a purchase. As a bud.com customer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Active customers are limited to one credit and one Qualified Referral for each referred friend; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by the same referred friend are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals and will not earn credits.
bud.com may revoke this promotion and nullify any credits, at any point in time without any forewarning or public notice.
